DPD offers a service that provides recipients with a 1-hour delivery window, allowing you to track your package live and control the delivery.
Up to 30 minutes before delivery, recipients can make several changes, such as adjusting the delivery address and date.
Additionally, you can use the Pickup parcel shop or give permission to leave the package.
Due to these options, DPD makes 1 delivery attempt; if no one is home and neighbors are also unavailable, delivery will be to a Pickup shop.
Your order will be delivered within 2 working days; if this is not possible, we will inform you in good time.

For shipments to remote areas in Great Britain, we charge an additional € 19.00 in shipping costs.
For private shipments to Great Britain with an amount over £135, we charge 7.5% import costs.
